Cincinnati ToolBank Impact: MAGIC

With access to the ToolBank Victory Garden tools, partners like Mt. Auburn Gardens Collaborative and Initiative (MAGIC), whose mission is to activate green space and existing community gardens in Mt Auburn for healthy recreation activities, including food production, creative placemaking, and larger resident-community engagement, were able to equip their volunteers with the tools needed to plant fruit trees in Mt. Auburn.

Nick Shaver, a leader at MAGIC explains, “We are excited we were able to add 16 more fruit trees (apples, pears, peaches, plums and more) to Mt. Auburn this past Friday with the help of digging bars, shovels, buckets and other items from the ToolBank. Thanks for your help!”

There are many more stories like MAGIC. Please consider donating to the ToolBank to help us continue to support out partners in need!
