Tool pickups and returns are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Tool orders should be placed no less than two business days prior to the requested pickup. Please note that an appointment is not scheduled until a staff person confirms. Click here for step by step instructions on how to place a tool order. Fee Information
Tool handling fees are due at tool order pick-up. Fees may be paid by credit card or check (made payable to Cincinnati ToolBank). If an agency has a balance due on their account, they will not be able to borrow tools again until the balance is paid.
Schedule Tool Return
If an agency does not set up a return appointment at the time of order pickup, they must schedule an appointment no less than one business day before the requested return. Returns are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments are not scheduled until confirmed by a Cincinnati ToolBank staff member. Membership dues are collected annually from agencies who wish to borrow blue tools from the Cincinnati ToolBank. These dues are based on the agency’s annual budget per this chart.
